Next Ableton Course Announced

      

We have set a date for the next Introduction To Ableton Course. It will be held on Tuesday, April 1 from 7.30-9.30pm and will run for four weeks.

The course is a basic overview to this exciting music production software and covers all the things you need to know to get up and running.

It's run by Matt Rowan who has been DJing and producing for years and has had tracks and remixes on labels such as Red Seven, Fiberline and Reversible and has a new track out with Robbie Lowe on Rococo Records, a sub-label of Baroque.

The course is held here at Spank Records and costs $329.

We're very pleased to announce that we now have James Holden's seminal Border Community label available for digital download. We have just received a massive KRK shipment last week so we're fully stocked up on the KRK5s, KRK6s and KRK8s.

So we're getting more and more digital downloads online every week and we're now up to 14,000 tracks.

That's a massive amount of music and there will be more and more labels to choose from in coming weeks with new distributors jumping onboard - more of that when it happens.

We've just managed to get heap of back catalogue online from Germany's Man Recordings, probably the coolest Baile Funk label around, featuring Edu K and Crookers as well as Ben Watt's killer house label Buzzin' Fly.

As I've said, there's a heap of music to select from and throughout genres such as house, tech house, techno, electro, house, progressive, chill and breaks.
